Patient Arrival Policy For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the reception area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Prescriptions and Prescription Refills
Federal law requires that we must examine your animal prior to prescribing or dispensing most medications.  An annual examination and/or blood tests or other procedures may be required to refill most prescriptions. These requirements are for your pet’s safety…AND IT’S THE LAW. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated. If you have questions about refilling a prescription please do not hesitate to ask. For faster service, it is recommended to call ahead for prescription refills.
